Designer for Hire One-Hour Consultation $75.00

Designer for Hire Two Hour Consultation $150.00

I understand that the fee for this service is $75/hour for up to 2 hours maximum in one (1) consultation. Any additional time with the Designer will be by a separate professional contract of the Designer at her/his rate by your mutual agreement.

Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the American Society of Interior Designers, Inc. (“ASID, Inc.”), Chapter and/or any Chapter Person to the fullest extent permitted by law from any and all losses, claims, demands, suits, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) of whatever nature and description arising from or in connection with Designer’s (i) actions, omissions, negligence and/or willful misconduct (including infringement claims); (ii) performance of services, provision of goods, and/or participation in the Event; (iii) transactions, interactions, and/or agreements with any third parties; and/or (iv) breach of the terms of this Agreement.
